Research to go – in a box.

The Test Case is a complete, pre-packaged wine-education kit providing you with easily accessible and understandable research findings. The idea: to educate your whole team on winemaking techniques, and their final effect in the bottle. It’s cost-effective, convenient, and even (a little) fun.

The Test Case includes:

Three different research trials investigating the efficacy of antioxidants on Sauvignon Blanc, pH stability in Pinot Noir, and how to manage powdery mildew Pinot Noir in the winery.

Each trial contains four bottles of wine made from the same grapes; 1 x control and 3 x different experimental treatments for comparison.
